Atlas linguistique d'Haïti
Fieldwork recordings of Haitian Creole directed by Dominique Fattier (1975-1985)
The Atlas linguistique d’Haïti consists of fieldwork recordings of Haitian Creole (Kreyòl) directed by Dominique Fattier and collected between 1975 and 1985. This corpus is one of the data sets used to pre-train our self-supervised models of speech processing for Haitian Creole (Havard et al., 2024), (Havard et al., 2025).
The recordings are available on the Cocoon platform (CRDO), and a standardised git/git-annex version is hosted on GIN.
